At Navana Creations, our mission is to provide customers with handcrafted, high-quality body care and haircare products, delivered with care and attention to detail. As a made-to-order brand, we take pride in creating each item fresh for every order to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.

Order Processing

All of our products are carefully handcrafted upon receipt of an order. Once your order is placed, please allow a processing time of up to 24–48 business hours. This period includes the formulation, curing, and quality assurance process before items are packaged for shipment. Please note that weekends and holidays may impact this timeline.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Navana Creations ships exclusively within the United States. Due to the nature and consistency of our handcrafted products, we are unable to ship internationally. However, we are actively exploring international shipping solutions and hope to expand our reach in the near future.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Offer

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders totaling $65 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Shipping Conditions and Melting Disclaimer

Please note that our whipped body butters and certain skincare items are sensitive to temperature changes. During the summer or in warmer climates, there is a possibility that products may soften or melt during transit. This is a natural reaction and does not compromise the integrity or effectiveness of the product.

If your item arrives melted, simply place it in the refrigerator overnight to restore its solid form. Once hardened, the product can be stored at room temperature and used as intended. Due to the natural characteristics of our products, Navana Creations does not offer refunds for melted items. We recommend tracking your order and retrieving your package promptly to avoid exposure to excessive heat.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

In the event that a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, customers will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. We encourage all customers to review their shipping details carefully before finalizing their order.
