Return/Refund Policy

At Navana Creations, your satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the personal and perishable nature of our handcrafted skincare and haircare products, we cannot accept returns. However, we are always here to support you and resolve any concerns.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygienic and safety standards, as well as the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted under most circumstances. Please ensure all order details (name, address, product selections) are accurate before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged (not including heat-related melting), please contact us immediately at navanacreations@gmail.com  with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We require that all original packaging and contents be retained until a resolution is reached.

Refunds and Store Credit

If there is a valid issue with your product, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Full Refund: If the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Store Credit: If reported within 30 days of delivery

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for subjective concerns such as color, fragrance, or consistency differences between batches. We recommend trying our smaller-sized products or gift sets if you are new to our brand.
