Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are currently researching ways to expand our shipping options to include international customers.
How long does it take to ship an order?
All products are handmade and made-to-order. Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.
What if my product arrives melted?
Some products, particularly our whipped body butters, may soften or melt in warm weather. If this occurs, place the item in the refrigerator overnight to allow it to firm up. The quality of the product will not be affected, and no refrigeration is required after solidification.
Are your products natural?
Yes. All Navana Creations products are made with natural ingredients and are free from synthetic chemicals. They are also cruelty-free.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to COVID-19 protocols and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you experience an issue, please contact us, and we will do our best to offer a resolution, which may include a refund or store credit.
