  • My whipped body butters arrived melted?
    The consistency of this product will change in warm to extreme heat and/or cold weather. Softening will not affect the quality of the product, but the whipped consistency may decrease. We package to decrease the risk of butters melting during the summer months. If the product is melted, place it in the fridge overnight to allow the product to harden for application. Once hardened, no further refrigeration is required. We cannot issue refunds for melted products, therefore please ensure to track shipment to refrain from package sitting in a hot mailbox.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    Currently we only ship within the United States due to the nature of the product. We are however, looking for a way to ship internationally and hope to do this soon.
  • What is your processing timeline?
    These products are made to order. Once an order is received the product is formulated and allowed to rest for 24 hours to ensure quality assurance prior to shipping.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to COVID-19 and the nature of the product(s), we do not accept returns. If there is any issue with the product(s), please contact us and we are happy to provide an exchange.
  • What is the shelf life and/ or the storage conditions for your products?
