STORE POLICY

DISCLAIMER: Navana Creation's products are not FDA approved nor are they intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease or condition. Before putting anything new on you or your child's skin, always perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body to make sure there are no allergies to the product. We urge people to please do your own research on any ingredients before buying and only do what makes you comfortable. Refer to each individual product page for the ingredients.

PRIVACY: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party vendors. We will not do anything with your personal information.  It will be used only for streamlining, shipping your order, emails, occasional coupons, updates to the site and product updates.

SHIPPING: The consistency of this product will change in warm to extreme heat and/or cold weather. Softening will not affect the quality of the product, but the whipped consistency may decrease. We package to decrease the risk of butters melting during the summer months. If the product is melted, place it in the fridge overnight to allow the product to harden for application. Once hardened, no further refrigeration is required. We cannot issue refunds for melted products, therefore please track shipment to prevent package from sitting in a hot mailbox. Refer to each individual page for the storage conditions, where applicable.

RETURN & EXCHANGES: We don't accept returns due to the nature of the products. Please make sure you check your order twice, making sure your name, address and correct items are ordered. Since these products are handcrafted, batches may vary, color variance and thickness. 

 

If an item is received damaged (this does not include melted butter which is specified in the shipping section above). Please contact immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please submit a photo of the damage to navanacreations@gmail.com along with your order number. Additionally please keep the package and all it content until a resolution has been reached.

Incase of invalid address where items are returned to us, customers will incur a redelivery fee.

REFUND: At Navana we strive for 100% customer statisfaction. If you are not completely statisfied please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note for 100% refund, any issues must be communicated to us within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please keep the original packaging and content until a resolution is reached. Any time after that we are happy to provide a store credit valid up to 30 days from delivery.

We understand that every situation is unique, so please contact us if you have any issues.

Please note we cannot provide refund for  issues pertaining to color or fragance. As these issues will not impact the quality of the product. We recommend that you purchase our gift sets or smaller sizes first thar way you can ensure that this is the particular product for you.
